Free mockup

Free mockups are provided at no cost and with no obligation. We reserve the right to decline mockup requests that fall outside our typical scope.

Payment & deliverables

Our standard website package starts at $499 one-time. Payment is required before launch. Deliverables typically include a custom website, mobile optimization, domain setup, contact form, and launch support, as described on the homepage.

Turnaround

We respond to mockup requests within 1 business day and typically deliver the mockup within 1 business day of that initial reply. Final site launch follows mockup approval and receipt of required content from you. Delays in content or approvals may extend this timeline.

Ownership

Upon final payment, you own the website and its content. Third party services (hosting, domain registrars) remain governed by their respective terms.

Limitation of liability

MN Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
